Are you someone or do you know someone who . . .

        • Are you unbaptized and curious about faith in Jesus Christ?
        • Have questions about the Catholic faith or have expressed an interest in becoming Catholic?
        • Was previously baptized Catholic or in another Christian tradition, but has not celebrated the Sacraments of Confirmation and Eucharist?
        • Want to deepen your relationship with God?

Join us for an opportunity to come together in a small group to learn more about our faith. Sessions focus on developing a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ and exploring the teachings and experience of the Church. These sessions can also prepare individuals to celebrate the Sacraments of Baptism, Confirmation, and Eucharist at an appropriate time for the individual. You are welcome to participate in the process with your questions, insights, and faith story in a warm accepting setting. It is also a great refresher for those Catholics who want to know more about their faith!

    What is the OCIA Process?

OCIA (Order of Christian Initiation of Adults), formerly called "Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA)," is the process through which one becomes a full member of the Roman Catholic Church. Full membership in the Catholic Church involves a whole formation process, which includes the reception of the Sacraments of Initiation: Baptism, Confirmation, and the Most Holy Eucharist. While coming to know Jesus and His invitation to become a disciple, the OCIA process involves the journey of faith and conversion. A person is introduced to the beliefs, life, liturgy, and apostolic work of the Catholic Church
